About what we sell
Will the under-desk trays fit my desk?
The clamp-on trays fit desktops within the thickness range printed on each product page. They need a free edge to clamp to, so they will not fit a desk with a full-width modesty panel at the back.
Are the soldering mats genuinely heat resistant?
The mats we stock are rated to the temperature stated on their product page. They are intended as a work surface, not as a substitute for a proper stand for a hot iron.
Do the precision bits fit standard drivers?
Our kits use 4mm bits and ship with a compatible driver. They will also fit any standard 4mm precision handle you already own.
What is the delivery charge?
Flat $7.95 ground shipping across the US, free once the order passes $59. You can also collect from the counter in Flushing.
Can I return a kit I have opened?
Within 30 days, provided every bit is present and the case is undamaged. Kits missing pieces cannot be refunded in full.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We deliver to United States street addresses only, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label is created. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts Cash on delivery. The Payment Policy explains how and when payment is taken.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at no cost, any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the Cancellation Policy.
